Dynamic Core Development was founded in 2008 by Kramer Winingham & Jon Pearlstone, with the goal of providing

young athletes with the tools to be successful in their athletic and academic endeavors.

After graduating from Drake High School in 2003, Kramer Winingham went on to play football at UC Davis, Yuba College, New Mexico State University and with the IFL's El Paso Generals.  Throughout this experience Kramer has learned what it takes to come from a small school like Drake and earn a Division I scholarship.  Through these camps Kramer hopes to share what he has learned with the younger generation and let them in on what he wishes he had known as a high school athlete and to also share the skills that allowed him to succeed academically and athletically beyond high school.

Jon Pearlstone is a former coach for the Drake High Varsity Football Team.  He was instrumental in implementing weight training and conditioning programs for the Drake Football Team, and hopes to take those successes further with the creation of DC Development's new football camp.

The new additions to the Dynamic Core staff are James Pearlsone and Mike Martinez.

James Pearlstone was a standout athlete at Drake High School in football and track. He went on to play football and run track at Santa Barbara City College and plans to run track at UCSB. James has been very involved with of our training camps and is now our head trainer. James is an ACT licensed personal trainer.

Mike Martinez is on the all-time NCAA Football record list for consecutive starts while playing at New Mexico State from 2003-2007. After college Mike had opportunites with the Chicago Bears, however a lingering broken foot put his career on hold. In 2009, he was back in action with the IFL's El Paso Generals as a standout offensive lineman. Mike currently coaches high school football in Colorado and hopes become a college coach soon.
